I’m Stéphanie, also known as SuperJeanne — a brand development expert in the world of beauty.

I support companies with strategy, operational management, training, and consulting, combining a practical mindset with a creative touch.

For over 25 years, I’ve been navigating the fascinating world of cosmetics, building a broad expertise across purchasing, product development, operational marketing, distribution, and business management.

This 360° vision is the result of diverse experiences across Europe and Latin America.

I founded SuperJeanne to help fragrance and cosmetics brands — whether emerging or established — co-create their product ranges.

I also work to strengthen in-house teams’ skills in product development and to structure and optimize strategic sourcing.

Curious, committed, and creative, I approach every project with genuine enthusiasm, collaboration, and integrity, always driven by purpose and passion.
